The crew that lives
where it works.

Local Mounting Co. started in a one-bedroom apartment with a borrowed stud finder and a single referral. Almost a decade later, it's a small named crew, a defined route, and a quietly long list of returning neighbors.

Established 2016 Neighborhood
Chapter One

How we
started.

The first job was a favor for a downstairs neighbor — a 50-inch screen, a hollow drywall mystery, and a level that hadn't seen daylight in three years.

The mount went up clean. She told a friend. The friend told a coworker. The coworker had a sister with a fireplace install. By month three, the favors had filled every weekend. By month six, the favors had become a small business with a name, a logo doodled on a paper napkin, and a phone number we actually answered.

Almost ten years later, the napkin is framed in the workshop. The phone still gets answered. The route covers the same metro — broader now, but the same kind of neighbors. We've turned down chains, franchises, and a couple of offers to "scale nationally." Going wider would mean going thinner, and that's not the company we wanted to build.

We're a crew of three full-time installers and a small office team that keeps the route running. Everyone you'll text, everyone you'll meet at your door, lives in the area we serve. That's the whole bet.

Chapter Two

The four things
we won't compromise on.

Most service-business "values" pages list ten or twelve. Ours has four, because those are the four we've actually lost work over to honor — which is how you know they're real.

Principle I
01

Be on time, or text early.

A 90-minute window is a promise, not a guideline. If a previous job runs long, you hear about it before you wonder. We've sent a $20 coffee gift card more than once when traffic ate the buffer — it's cheaper than a lost neighbor.

Principle II
02

Quote it. Stand by it.

The price we text you is the price you pay. If we get to your place and discover a hidden brick wall, or a chimney chase where the cables can't go — we stop, explain, and you decide. We never bill for surprises after the fact.

Principle III
03

Leave it cleaner than we found it.

Drop cloths down before the drill comes out. Dust vacuumed when the drill goes away. Packaging, screws, anchor sleeves — all out with us. The room you handed us is the room you get back, plus a mounted TV.

Principle IV
04

Stay small enough to care.

We've turned down franchises, contracts, and "scale us nationally" pitches. Growing wider means knowing your customers less. We'd rather be the crew you remember the names of than the company you can't reach when something goes wrong.

Chapter Three

Three
installers.
One route.

You'll see one of these names on the appointment text, and one of these faces at your door. The whole crew has been mounting televisions for over five years each — and they all live within a 15-minute drive of the metro area we serve.

38%

Either coming back for a second room, or sending a neighbor our way.

Average response
42 min

From "Hey, can you mount this?" to a flat price with two openings.

Workmanship claims
0.4%

Of jobs needed a return visit under the 12-month workmanship guarantee.

A small commitment

If we ever stop being
a neighborhood crew,
we'll tell you first.

We aren't planning to franchise, scale nationally, or sell the business to a holding company. If that ever changes, you'll hear it from us — not from a slick rebrand notice in your inbox.

Want to work with us?

Send the wall, the model, the floor.

That's the whole intake. Same-week appointment, flat price up front, clean exit when we're done.
